Transcriptional activity of both dominant and putatively chemolithoautotrophic MAGs within the family Sulfurifustaceae. These bins exhibited nearly identical distributions throughout the aquifer transect and a > 94% AAI. H32-bin014 is also shown in Fig. 4b. Bubble size is relative to the normalized ORF transcriptional coverage.
