Methods: Sections of formalin fixed paraffin embedded normal human cerebellum were processed for antigen retrieval and staining with monoclonal mouse IgG anti-human CXCL17 (clone 422204, R&D) using the polymerized goat anti mouse IgG ImmPRESS (peroxidase) kit.
