Green, GCaMP6s fluorescence; magenta, third harmonic generation (THG) signal. (b) Top, 50-frame averaged x-y images of CA1 shown in (a) at a depth of 1200 μm. Bottom, time courses of calcium activities of the indexed neurons expressing GCaMP6s in the x-y image. Traces were 3-frame moving averaged. The optical power after the objective is 51.5 mW. The experiment was independently repeated n = 3 times.
