From: Chemodrug delivery using integrin-targeted PLGA-Chitosan nanoparticle for lung cancer therapy
Baseline expression of integrin αvβ3 in a panel of lung cancer (H1299, A549, H460, HCC827, H1437, H1975) and lung fibroblast (MRC9, CCD16, WI38) cell lines. Expression of integrin αv and actin was determined from one gel and integrin β3 was determined from a separate gel.
