Time-resolved fluorescence intensity of heptamers of apo- and holo-azurins. Trp48 in the azurins is excited with 295 nm light. The fluorescence emission was collected at 310 nm. Instrument response function (grey solid-line) and multi-exponential fits to experimental data (black solid-lines) are shown. Residuals are shown in the bottom panels.
