This figure is a result of three independent experiments. The data was analysed using FlowJo Version 10 and GraphPad Prism 6.01 and a parametric unpaired t-test was where ns = not significant, *p < 0.05 **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001. Error bars represent Standard Error of the Mean.
