As expected, the BTBR mice show a lack of corpus callosum and hippocampal commissure and an increased intrahemispheric ipsilateral connectivity. Performing the same experiments by using the SVM framework, similar results to NBS were obtained. The depicted discriminant features detected by the proposed algorithm can be increased by varying the α parameter according to the user preference.
