VEGF in the aqueous humor was negatively associated with the axial length of the eye globes. Each millimeter increase of axial length from 22 mm to 36 mm leads to a 5.54 pg/mL decrease of VEGF in the aqueous humor. The heavier shaded area indicates the confidence region of the fitted line and the lighter shaded area indicates the confidence region for individual predicted values.
