Zero represents the absence of the frailty domains and one the presence. The frailty domains are in the following sequences: physical functioning, nutritive functioning, cognitive functioning, and sensory problems. For example, the code, 0011, represents the absence of ___domain (1) physical functioning and ___domain (2) nutritive functioning and the presence of ___domain (3) cognitive functioning and ___domain (4) sensory problems.
