The ΔWL50yr→1yr metric (left) and the ΔWL50yr→MHHW metric (right) are shown as a function of the GEV shape parameter, k. The color of each tide station represents the magnitude of the GEV scale parameter, σ. In general, increasing σ and k increases ΔWL.
