From: Nurr1 performs its anti-inflammatory function by regulating RasGRP1 expression in neuro-inflammation

Nurr1 suppressed the expression of proinflammatory cytokine genes. BV2 cells were plated at a density of 2 × 106 cells/plate. After 24 h, cells were incubated in LPS (1 μg/ml) or saline for 6 h. Expression levels of mRNA were analyzed by a semi-quantitative real-time PCR and normalized with actin. This experiment was repeated three times in triplicate using independently prepared mRNAs. Statistical analysis was performed using Student's t-test (mean ± SD; n = 3; ***P < 0.005).
