From: Impact of metallothionein-knockdown on cisplatin resistance in malignant pleural mesothelioma
Expression of MT 1A and MT1B in all four cell lines before and after treatment with cisplatin. The qPCR analyses showed that MT1A (A,B) is not expressed in untreated cells but low expressed in NCI H2452 and NCI-H2052 cells after cisplatin treatment. MT1B (C,D) was also low expressed and changed only in MSTO-211H cells after cisplatin treatment.
