MT2A Expression and rate of change of MT2A-expression before and after Cisplatin treatment. MSTO-cells showed a threefold increase of MT2A expression after treatment with cisplatin (B). In H2052 cells, MT2A shows a basically higher expression than other cell lines (A) but does not change after cisplatin treatment.
