Samples were clustered using the hierarchical Clustering analysis. The dendrogram was cut (and color coded) to a final cluster number equal 3. On (B), a bar graph showing the mean reactivity and the standard error of each cluster to each individual SARS-CoV-2 antigen. On (C), principle component analysis (PCA) showing the spatial distribution of the samples for the first and second principal components that explain, combined, over 74% of the variance.
