From: Realizing the full reservoir operation potential during the 2020 Yangtze river floods
The relationship between six types of water-related departments, where i to iv indicate the objectives and/or requirements of each corresponding type of department for reservoir cooperation, and v indicates the submission of the cooperation scheme ensemble from Cascaded Reservoir Operation Center (CROC) to Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters (FCDRH) considering the above objectives and requirements. The final cooperation scheme is determined through multi-department consultation under the leadership of FCDRH.
