The Langevin prefactors γlight and γdark are obtained by fitting the J-V characteristics of double-carrier devices under illumination and in dark, respectively, based on the experimental mobilities as obtained from single-carrier devices. The Langevin prefactor γanalytical is obtained via Eq. (2).
