The heatmap shows genes with |Rho|> 0.4 between gene expression values and acellular capillaries density (ACD). Searching LINCS L1000 chemical compound perturbated gene expression database identified NVP-TAE684, geldanamycin, and NVP-AUY922 as the top three candidates.
