Schematic Illustration of cCeLL-Ex vivo, (A) A laser light travels through the optical fiber to the miniaturized probe. A laser light from the mainframe travels to the probe through the optical fiber and is emitted to the biopsy sample, which is pre-treated with ICG. The laser light excites the ICG from the sample, which emits excitation signals that are detected by the optical fiber which travel to the detector and are integrated to reconstruct high-quality images (B) Sample pre-treated with ICG is scanned using a Lissasjous scanning pattern allowing for fast acquisition of high-quality images.
