Prognostic MTM-derived index relates to cognitive decline. Correlation of MTM- derived index calculated using baseline data with age-adjusted annualized MMSE change, indicating that the model-derived index relates to cognitive decline (Pearson’s \(r=0.396; p<0.001\)). Outliers in the MTM-derived index (values lower than 3 standard deviations from the mean; 2% of the sample) were excluded for illustration purposes. Points colored according to cluster assignment from baseline data alone.
