Glycemia, high level of GLU is higher than 6.1 mmol/L, and others belong to the low-normal level; ALT, high level of ALT higher than 45 IU/L; Testosterone, high level of testosterone is higher than 1.67 nmol/L; HLP abnormal, yes if TG > = 1.7 mmol/L or tCHOL > = 5.72 mmol/L or positive in the previous history of hyperlipidemia or fatty liver disease; Pituitary microadenomas diagnosis, patient’s diagnosis of pituitary microadenomas was yes; Relapse, yes if the patient recurs during the follow-up period; Abortion history, patients who have had a history of abortion within six months before onset were judged as yes; Hormone supplement history, patients who had hormone supplements within six months before onset were judged as yes. Thyroid disease history, patients diagnosed with a history of thyroid disease were judged as yes. Mental illness history, patients diagnosed with a history of mental illness were judged as yes.
