(C–E) Model mice were intraperitoneally injected with the compound 4 of low-dose group (7.5 mg/kg), middle-dose (15 mg/kg), high-dose (30 mg/kg), respectively, starting from the 14th day of the CCl4 injection for a total of 20 days.
