BI Immunohistochemistry analysis demonstrated that KRT7 expression was exclusively detected in basal epithelial cells of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) samples, whereas all deconvolution-identified samples of the KRT7 PCa subtype exhibited positive KRT7 protein staining. JM Progenitor-like samples exhibited positive FOXA2 and SOX2 staining.
