In this work, the authors report that heparin oligosaccharides have a significant impact on the highly dynamic behaviour of netrin-1 by inducing hierarchical and distinct super assemblies leading to unique, yet unknown netrin-1 filament formation.

Deficiency in PHD2-mediated hydroxylation of HIF2α underlies Pacak-Zhuang syndrome

Biophysical analyses based on the crystal structure of PHD2 in complex with HIF2α peptide show that the strength of the interaction between Pacak-Zhuang syndrome-causing HIF2α mutants and PHD2 correlates with disease severity.
