Deng et al. report a charge-assisted oriented assembly for wafer-scale film formation of 2D perovskite oxide nanosheets. An ultra-flexible 256-pixel photodetector array enables conformal imaging capability and achieves high-accuracy motion recognition with the convolutional neural network.
