SARS-CoV-2 S pseudotyped virus neutralization assay. (A) Scheme of the assay. HEK-293T cells transfected with ACE2 and TMPRSS2 protease were transduced with a SARS-CoV-2 S pseudotyped lentivirus carrying a GFP-encoding mRNA in the presence of different dilutions of mouse sera. The serum antibody dilution causing a 50% reduction of GFP positive cells (IC50) compared to control “virus only” treated cells was calculated using Graphpad Prism.
