(A) CCK-8 determined the relative viability of A549 cells treated with A-H-containing serum for 24 h; (B, D, E) The CCK-8 and colony formation assays demonstrated that the proliferation of A-H was suppressed by miR-582-3p and flow cytometry analysis revealed that A-H hindered the progression of the cell cycle through miR-582-3p (C, F). Data were presented as mean ± SD for three individual experiments, one-way ANOVA, **P < 0.01.
