The models were established using the mouse NSCLC cell lines LLC-G0S2OE and LLC-EV-Control. Survival and body weight of mice bearing orthotopic lung cancer models were recorded. N = 7 (MST: median survival time) (C, D). Bioluminescence signals from orthotopic lung cancer models were monitored weekly using an in vivo imaging system. N = 4 (E, F).
