We appreciate the attention to our paper and thank A. R. Joffe for the thoughtful comments provided1. At the outset, we can clarify that the primary focus of the paper was the observation of increased POTS-related diagnoses seen following both vaccination and infection2. Our report aimed to raise awareness of POTS as a clinical condition of importance so that affected individuals may be more likely to receive attention and care.
