In the version of the article initially published, in the “Data pre-processing and descriptive statistics” section of the Methods, the sentence now reading “Appropriate regrouping was conducted for categorical exposures, and then we used simple imputation by the median to replace the missing values of exposures” originally read “Appropriate regrouping was conducted for categorical exposures, and then we used multivariate imputation by chained equation to replace the missing values of exposures.” Additionally, in the Acknowledgements, the number shown for the final Academy of Finland grant to J.K. was incorrect and has now been amended to 352792. These corrections have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
