The total score in the questionnaire measures the intensity of psychedelic experiences, or the degree to which an individual’s conscious experience deviates from their ordinary state of consciousness during the psychedelic state. Higher scores indicate more intense experiences, while lower scores indicate milder effects. Spearman’s rank correlations were performed between gradient values and ASC total scores across 13 participants and two conditions (n = 26). Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient (rho), uncorrected p values, and 95% confidence interval (CI) are reported in each scatter plot. * Bonferroni-corrected p < 0.05. MOG middle occipital gyrus, TPJ temporoparietal junction, SFG superior frontal gyrus, PCC posterior cingulate cortex, SMN somatomotor network, FPN frontoparietal network, DMN default-mode network.
