Comprehensive molecular profiling of FH-deficient renal cell carcinoma identifies molecular subtypes and potential therapeutic targets

Currently, there is limited understanding of the molecular subtypes of fumarate hydratase (FH)-deficient renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Here, the authors employ integrated genomics and transcriptomics to develop a CpG site-specific methylation signature for the identification of FH-deficient RCC, and to identify three distinct molecular subtypes for this rare but highly lethal kidney cancer.

Galectin-13 reduces membrane localization of SLC7A11 for ferroptosis propagation

FUT8-mediated aberrant N-glycosylation of B7H3 suppresses the immune response in triple-negative breast cancer

Autophagy deficiency promotes triple-negative breast cancer resistance to T cell-mediated cytotoxicity by blocking tenascin-C degradation

T cell mediated therapies have proven largely unsuccessful in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Here, the authors show that autophagy is reduced in TNBC, which results in an increase in Tenascin C and reduced activation of tumour infiltrating lymphocytes.
